Shipping & Returns

Shipping Policy

We provide free express shipping for all orders delivered within Australia. With our online warehouse sale events we offer free shipping in Australia for orders over AUD$150. There may be a 2-3 days handling time due to high volumes of orders on these sale events.

We also ship internationally, however a low delivery fee applies for shipping to the Asia Pacific region and to the rest of the world and is applied to the order during checkout. All orders are packed and sent from Melbourne, Australia.

We deliver 9am-5pm, Monday to Friday. We recommend you send your parcel to a work address if you are worried about missing your delivery! We are unable to deliver to PO Boxes.

We are unable to redirect orders once items have been dispatched. Whenever possible, all orders will be processed on the same day they are received. 

Delivery times given on this website are indicative only, actual delivery times may vary depending on the destination.

We shall not be liable for any losses, liabilities, costs, damages, charges or expenses arising from delivery.

*Please note we do not take responsibility for any duties or delivery charges that may be incurred when sending internationally.

Returns & Exchanges Policy

We know it can be hard to choose the right items online so we've made our Return & Exchanges as simple as possible.

If you are unhappy with your ballet flats for any reason we gladly accept exchanges or returns provided the flats are not scratched or dirty. You may exchange or return your shoes within 28 days of the order date. Please note we accept exchanges and issue credit notes for sale items. However there are no refunds on sale items.

We have made every effort to display as accurately as possible the colours of our ballet flats that appear on Ballettonet. However, as computer monitors vary, we cannot guarantee that your monitor's display of any colour will be completely accurate.

In the interests of quality, we ask that you try your ballet flats for fit and size on carpeted surfaces only until you are certain that you will be keeping them. We regret that we are unable to accept or exchange any returned items that have marked soles or leather.

Please also be aware that the Ballettonet shoebox and dust bag are considered part of the whole product and the same terms apply. For this reason please make sure that the shoebox is placed in protective packaging when returning the item. Thank you for understanding.

Contact our Customer Service team and we'll will guide you through the simple steps of how and where to send it back to us for processing.

Customers are responsible for the shipping charges for any returns or refunds. International returns incur a restocking fee and will only be refunded the amount for the items purchased.

We will ship the exchanges back to you free of charge once only. Customers are responsible for the shipping charges for any subsequent exchanges. We encourage you to send your returned parcel via registered post to ensure it reaches us safely.

Ballettonet is not responsible for goods lost in transit.

We will provide you with a credit using your original method of payment. If the goods are worn they cannot be returned.

Please note that unidentified returns/exchanges may be returned to the sender.
